Eric Arnson – Eric is a co-founder of Originate Ventures, a private equity fund focusing on early stage companies in Northeast Pennsylvania. Prior to starting Originate, Eric was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, serving as a leader in its North American Branding Practice. His responsibilities included stewardship of the brand development system he had launched previously through Envision, a firm he founded that was acquired by McKinsey, and involvement on numerous McKinsey growth engagements.

Before the acquisition by McKinsey, Eric led Envision in pioneering a new marketing philosophy: consumer-driven brand strategy. This now broadly-embraced approach redefined the core tenets necessary for accelerating growth. Eric began his professional career with positions at Procter & Gamble and Beecham Cosmetics, and was later one of the original Partners at The Cambridge Group.

A graduate of the University of Michigan where he earned a degree in Literature, Science & Arts (LSA), Eric continues to research and teach leadership development in conjunction with the ‘Leadership for the Public Good,’ an initiative encouraging broad-based service and philanthropy. He was also a contributing author to Blueprint to a Billion: The Seven Essentials for Exponential Growth. Eric is currently a board member of Nayatek, a privately held global software company focusing on information archiving, and E-Discovery.

John Gallo – John is managing director and head of North American sales across multiple asset classes, for CitiGroup. Prior to Citi, John was global head of liquid market sales at Lehman. At Lehman, Gallo headed sales for interest-rate products, foreign exchange, and commodities. John is also an angel investor in internet media and digital businesses. He provides a sounding board for the management team in evaluating new business ideas and opportunities, increased corporate accountability and discipline, and guidance on team effectiveness.

Steve Raftopoulos – Steve is a private investor based in Manhattan Beach and Santa Ynez, California. Prior to relocating to California, Steve spent eighteen years on Wall Street, most recently as managing director and head of Middle Market Mergers & Acquisitions at both JPMorgan and Bank of America. In this capacity he was responsible for leading teams assisting middle market companies in evaluating and executing a broad range of strategic alternatives, including; change of control transactions, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged recapitalizations and specialized capital raising. Steve began his professional career at Lehman Brothers in Fixed Income and Investment Banking.

Steven Van PraaghFounder and CEO – Steven has been a business communications expert and Internet entrepreneur for over fifteen years. He has built and sold several internet businesses and is a proven business leader. Steven was the original founder of Web 2.0 apps; PrintPromotion.com (sold), PrintResponsibly.com (sold), ClickPrintShip.com, TheGrowthCycle.com and FocalSUITE.com. Steven’s achievements include several technology lead business innovations and he is the author of mobile media patents as the founder of TruPing. He applies his hands-on experience in branding, software development, web standards, and e-commerce to develop and enhance our platform and grow the business. Steven is an active cyclist, golfer, photographer, youth sports coach, and father of two daughters. He received a BA in Communications from Adelphi University.

Tom KiernanFounder and President – Tom is a successful digital media entrepeneur, payment processing expert, and proven sales leader who has built and sold successful internet businesses. He has helped numerous Fortune 500 companies build their online businesses and helps drive new merchant account acquisition strategies for Chase Paymentech. His internet experience dates back to 1994 when he lead the development of American Express’ first website. In the year 2000 Tom was a member of the executive team that took Organic Inc public – achieving a $6 Billion market cap having helped scale the business from its infancy. He has been recognized by Newsweek as “Media Star of the Future” and AdWeek as “New Media All-Star.” Prior to ClickPayRent, Tom founded Arena Media Networks, a company that pioneered a national digital media network in MLB, NBA, NHL, and NFL stadiums across the U.S. He successfully lead the business as co-CEO and raised over $25 million to build the network. Tom is a three-time Ironman triathlete, having recently competed in the World Championship Hawaii Ironman. He is a youth sports coach, and father of three boys and received a BA from Holy Cross.
